Happy Election Day!

I want a man who works this hard as my president.

I want a man this honest helping to clean up the world.

If he doesn’t win, I will cry.

Voting, done.

Beautiful pictures, courtesy of Aunt Bobbi who sent them to me, originally posted on http://www.tnr.com/index.html although not sure from whom, or where. The photos are GREAT though. Not your typical campaign pics.

Meet Sherwin, my new cat…

… who lives with my mother, for now. Until I can convince CRA otherwise ; )

We don’t know if it’s a he or a she (no nipples though), it was a stray. It looks like it got into trouble at the paint store, and with the family’s Sherwin Williams ties – Mom chose Sherwin as it’s name. I will be absolutely heart broken if I don’t have this kitten/cat in my life. I adore it already, so does Evan. It has to stay in the family…

Enjoy!

How to keep a car in your fridge…

… Or what $14,000 looks like. All I know is that it looks like I may finally start feeling better soon.

Arthritis Stinks.

Ladies and gentlemen, that is what $14,000 in your fridge looks like (turn your head left). Actually, it’s more like $13,400. I just used one and I should start feeling better within the next 3 hours. God love modern medicine. Enbrel rocks. Without it lately, I’d be sitting in a corner, under a blanket crying. Trust me, I know this because I just went without it for a week and I have to say, I now know what a drug addict feels like when they can’t get their fix. As I walked out of the pharmacy today, I realized that I was carrying more money than my car is worth. I can’t tell you how screwed I’d be without health insurance (Thank you BCBS!) and enbrel is running this “free co-pay” thing right now which ROCKS. I got $14,000 worth of drugs today for,… get this… FREE.

Someone up there is hearing my prayers and they have been answered repetedly lately. Thanks doesn’t quite cut it ; )

Password…

Highly entertaining post below. Remember if you want to read it, you just use the old address of my old blog and instead of the “a’s” use “@”. If you can’t remember, email me and I’ll send you the password. That’s all you need to read this hysterical post of First Grade gone bad…
